How much is the deposit due at signing of the contract?


For events, 50% of the total balance is due once you sign the client. For Weddings, 30% is due once you sign the contract. The final payment is due 7 days before the event. Once the contract is signed and deposit is made, your date and time is booked. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and after 7 days payments are non-refundable also.




What forms of payment are accepted?


The following forms of payment are accepted: Cash Credit/Debit Card CashApp Square Receipts will be provided upon payment.




When will I receive my pictures?


All pictures for clients will be delievered a minimum of 14 business days. For weddings, pictures will take longer to be delivered due to the detail in editing the pictures and the package(s) ordered. The estimated time of delivery will be between 14-30 business days. Delivery date will be discussed and agreed upon at the signing of the contract.




What should I expect during the photo session?


HTA Photography looks to provide a fun and laid back atmosphere where the client will be able to enjoy themeselves and capture photos they will be able to enjoy for a lifetime. All photo sessions will start ON TIME per the agreed contract. A grace period of 15 will be given after the start time. If the photo session starts between 16-30 minutes after the selected time there will be an additional $15 charge. Photo sessions starting after 30 minutes will be cancelled and the payment will be forfeited.
