How it Works
Step 01
Getting comfortable
At your consultation, we will discuss your vision for your photo shoot and how HTA Photography can assist to make your vision become reality. We will answer any questions that you have so you can be enjoy your photo shoot.
Step 02
Being your beautiful selves
We want you to enjoy yourself and be comfortable in front of the camera. We will create an experience where you are able to have fun and create some very memorable pictures.
Step 03
Editing your photos
Once you selected your photos to edit, we will work to edit your pictures and return them to you with the desired time frame.

Sharing of PhotosUpon agreement for photography services, you have agreed to allow HTA Photography to post images from your shoot for marketing purposes. All images will be shared mainly on our website, Instagram and Facebook.

AttendenceOn the day of the photo shoot, ALL clients must be dressed and ready to take pictures. We want to make sure we start on time and allow us to take pictures in the time allowed. No time extension will be allowed if client is late to the photo shoot or event. A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed for each session. After 15 minutes, there will be an additional charge of $15 added to the photo session. After 30 minutes, the photographer will leave the session and client will forfeit their payment for the session. The photo session will start at the agreed time and not when the client arrives to the session.

ReschedulingPhoto shoots can be rescheduled due to the following: Severe weather (rain, sleet, snow, high winds, high heat) Sickness (COVID-19) If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or been exposed to COVID-19 within 10 days of your photo session, please contact us to reschedule your photo shoot. You will not be penalized to reschedule your photo shoot if you are exhibit COVID-19 symptoms and/or test positive for COVID-19. Any other cancellation will result in no refund of payments received from clients.

What payments does HTA Photography take?Acceptable payments are the following: Cash, Debit/Credit Card, PayPal A 50% deposit is required to book the date for event and portrait photography services. A 30% deposit is required for wedding photography. All deposits are non-refundable unless the photographer fails to show up to the photo shoot. All payments must be received within 7 days of the wedding and 48 hours of the event.

When will I receive the photos?Portrait and event photography pictures proofs will be delivered via email in 48 hours and edited pictures will be received in 14 business days. Wedding pictures usually take longer to upload and deliver depending on the demand of the ceremony. Proofs will be delivered by email in 7 business days and edited images will be delivered in 30 days from the wedding day. Any extension will be communicated with the client with 7 days before the delivery date.
